FARM/COOP: Producers organized through SA, a traditional farmer organization in upland Bali.
ALTITUDE: 1200-1600 M
REGION Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali.
PROCESS: Hand-picked, wet-hulled, two-step sun drying on raised beds.
VARIETAL: Bourbon (S795 & USDA 762) Typica, and Catimor

Bali coffee is grown in harmony with nature, following Subak Abian irrigation systems — a sustainable method developed over 1,000 years ago, emphasizing balance between people, environment, and spirit. Citrus trees provide shade and additional income for local families, while volcanic soils give this coffee its rich, distinctive flavor.
