Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying our coffee. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your first order, we’ll offer a full refund — no questions asked and no need to return the coffee.

For subsequent orders, returned coffee is not accepted because it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as damaged delivery.

  • Express shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and other overnight or express services) is not refundable.

  • Ground shipping is only refundable if the order arrived damaged due to our shipping department.

Damaged orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours to request an exchange.

  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
