We want you to feel confident trying our coffee. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your first order, we’ll offer a full refund — no questions asked and no need to return the coffee.
For subsequent orders, returned coffee is not accepted because it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as damaged delivery.

Express shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and other overnight or express services) is not refundable.

Ground shipping is only refundable if the order arrived damaged due to our shipping department.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours to request an exchange.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
